Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Singapore

Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

International

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Prices are inclusive of shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the courier service.

Multiple Shipments

To provide faster delivery, products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages at different times.
