Refund policy
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Lost Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing.
To assist with your claim, please provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the problem
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personal care items that have been opened or used

Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items unless defective
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item received.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.
